Suitable for Torque Peel Testing of Weld Bolts and Weld Nuts 

In fracture testing of weld nuts and similar applications, the inertial force generated at the moment of fracture can impose a substantial load on the torque transducer. To address this, we have structurally redesigned the LTA-NB from the previous model to enhance its robustness and durability. 
As a result, the LTA-NB is now even better suited for torque peel testing of weld bolts and weld nuts. 

Software for Analyzing Stress on Printed Circuit Boards and Generating Reports 

We have released the PCB Testing System PC-760, a PCB strain/stress analysis software package that supports the workflow from the measurement and analysis of stress on printed circuit boards to report generation.
The system consists of test software for acquiring measurement data and data viewer software for analyzing the acquired data and generating reports. When used with our Multi Recorder Series, the system enables the measurement and evaluation of stress applied to printed circuit boards.
Using measurement data obtained with rosette strain gauges, the software calculates principal strain, principal strain direction, and strain rate. It also supports report output in accordance with IPC-9704A, the industry standard for printed circuit assembly strain gage testing.

Easy Long-Term, UnattendedMeasurement of
Anchor Loads and Remote Data Collection  

The Wireless Data Acquisition System WM Series consists of the Wireless Module WM-014 and Wireless Controller WM-111. 
The Wireless Module WM-014 enables long-term, unattended measurement of anchor loads and easy remote collection of measurement data. 
Using 920 MHz low-power wireless communication, the WM-014 enables safe measurement of the tension force of anchors installed in locations that are difficult to access, such as slopes, without requiring personnel to enter the measurement site. 
No complicated settings are required. Simply connect a load cell to start interval measurement, enabling long-term measurement for approximately one year on battery power. 
Measurement data is stored in the built-in memory and can be collected and managed on a PC using the Wireless Controller WM-111. Data can also be checked on site using the monitor on the unit and an SD card.
