  • Added Tie Bar Measurement Function

A Tie Bar Measurement function has been added to the monitor display features. Unlike the other measurement functions, this feature is specifically designed for measuring tie bar loads.

    Tie Bar Load Measurement

The Tie Bar Load Measurement function measures the loads applied to the four tie bars of an injection molding machine or similar equipment during operation.

Two Stress Auditors are installed diagonally on each tie bar, and the average of the two measurement values is used.

Two tie bars are measured simultaneously using four channels (four Stress Auditors). By repeating this procedure twice, all four tie bars can be measured.

Based on the measured values of the four tie bars, the software calculates and displays the measurement results, including the load for each tie bar, the average value, the total value, and the balance (%). Display units are selectable from με, kN, and tf.

  • Added X-Y Graph Display Function

An X-Y Graph Display function has been added to the monitor display features.

    X-Y Graph Display
The X-Y Graph displays the relationship and magnitude of measurement values from two channels as a two-dimensional plot.

Up to three X-Y graph pairs can be displayed simultaneously.

Measurement channels and X-/Y-axis assignments can be configured independently for each graph.
Display scales can be configured individually for each graph and each axis.
Numeric values can also be displayed.
Plotted data can be cleared at any time.
