JB-2/JB-4The unit averages outputs from two or four units of strain gauge based transducers and transfers the mean value to an digital transducer indicator.

An example of use as input averaging junction box

  • Strain-gauge based transducers to be connected should be the same in capacity, rated output and input/output resistance.
  • The input/output resistance of transducer from the instrument view is (Input/output resistance of one transducer) / (The number of connected transducers) . The application is restricted to the range where the calculated value meets the instrument's specification.

An example of use as branch box

As the inside of the box is wired with 7 wires (A-G), the box can be used as branch box in expanding the ASW/SSW switching boxes.
(* 7-wire interconnectoin calbe is needed.)
