Concrete static modulus of elasticity test software DC-7972 for PC control Dynamic Strainmeter DC-004P

Concrete static modulus of elasticity test software DC-7972 for PC control Dynamic Strainmeter DC-004P

This software is used to determine the static modulus of elasticity of concrete by measuring load, strain, etc. using the PC control Dynamic Strainmeter DC -004P.
Sensors used repeatedly, such as load cells and compressometers, can be registered in advance to enable efficient calculation of the concrete static modulus of elasticity and other parameters.
The software complies with JIS A 1149 Test Method for Static Modulus of Elasticity of Concrete.

Insertion inclinometer management

Insertion-type inclinometer management software IMP-7210

IMP-7210 is the software for data processing of the measurement data of insertion inclinometers.
The software imports via RS-232C the insertion inclinometer measurement data measured using a measuring instrument and stored in the data memory, and uses the data to determine the sectional and cumulative displacement of the insertion inclinometer at each depth and outputs graphs such as contrast and distribution diagrams and lists of data.
The measured data of the insertion inclinometer can also be input manually and directly.

Features
  • Observation hole numbers (hereafter referred to as hole numbers) can be set up to 99.
  • Compatible with the incremental, normal and multi-channel modes of the measuring instrument.
  • Measurement data stored on the memory card of the measuring instrument can be read directly by a PC for data processing.
  • Initial value data can be arbitrarily selected from the measurement data.
  • Data from daily rainfall and water level gauges can be input, and can be contrasted and graphed with the measured data of the insertion-type inclinometer.
  • The contrast chart, change over time chart, distribution chart and numerical table can be printed.
  • Screen sample

Contrast diagram / Change over time diagram / Distribution diagram

    Contrast diagram

    fig1

Draw a time series of the changes in the distribution of the cumulative displacements of the inclinometer.
Groundwater levels and rainfall figures are drawn at the same time.

    Change over time diagram

    fig2

Draws a time series of the change in section displacement at the specified depth of the inclinometer.

    Distribution diagram

    fig3

Draw a distribution chart of sectional or cumulative displacements.

Embedment Type Inclination Transducer

Embedment Type Inclination Transducer KB-P ±5°to ±10°

Used for measuring landslide displacement in the ground and displacement of structures.
It is connected in a multi-stage system to the measurement point together with a dedicated relay pipe in a borehole of ø 66 mm or more.
The inclinometer is fixed by injecting grout into the gap between the borehole and the inclinometer. (Built-in arrestor)

Protection rating: IP68 equivalent

Network Compatible Multi-layer inclinometer NKB-LF/NKB-MF

Network Compatible Multi-layer inclinometer NKB-LF/NKB-MF ±5° to ±10°

This is the inclinometer developed to automatically measure the displacement of the ground or structure.
A special guide pipe is installed vertically in the ground or structure in advance, and several inclinometers are connected to the guide pipe with a relay rod (KBF-33) so that they come to the measurement position and are fixed in place.
As the inclinometers have a built-in network module, the inclinometers are connected successively with a single cable.
The system is used for measuring landslide displacement and the displacement of earth retaining walls.
The NKB-LF model only measures in one direction, while the NKB-MF can simultaneously measure in X and Y direction with a single unit.

Protection rating: IP68 equivalent
