Hub Bolt Axial Force Measurement System

This product enables measurement of axial force fluctuations in real time while driving, by installing strain gauges on the vehicle’s hub bolts (axial-force bolts). It requires no modifications to the vehicle or wheels. The system can also acquire output from strain gauges attached to components such as wheels. 

In addition, the main unit incorporates a rotary encoder, allowing measurement of wheel rotational speed and angle. This enables more advanced data acquisition and analysis. 

For axial-force bolts, we offer a Bolt Gauge Embedding and Calibration Service. For bolts supplied by the customer, we perform drilling, installation of bolt-mounted strain gauges, and load calibration. We encourage you to make use of this service.
